The works required additional ventilation to be introduced to the building façade to allow it to breath whilst maintaining the homeowners desire to introduce any such items to be in keeping with the overall design hence ventilation of the system has been sympathetically introduce & indeed made into a design feature. Similarly, the detailing to the parapet walls achieved a similar essential purpose whilst ensuring the aesthetic appears was indeed improved both aspects which delighted our client & resulted in a clean crisp appearance to this outstanding property
