Redesign Building Works Specialists Operating in Tuffley
Our client approached us to assist them in the redesign / refurbishment of three domestic properties they had recently acquired in Gloucester
Working as main contractor we drew upon both our internal resources & our supply chain team to undertake the works to all three properties during 2019.
The three dwellings were occupied & as the required scope of works required them to be vacant we assisted with the adaption of a temporary property & indeed the phased vacation & return of each property as works were commenced & indeed completed
Works covered the full spectrum of domestic refurbishment to roof coverings / electrical & gas fuelled domestic heating & hot water installations / drainage survey & subsequent repairs / asbestos removals as well as the expected disciplines of ceiling wall & floor finishes throughout.
Prior to commencing the works our client took the opportunity to have the properties redesigned to provide a more suitable / pleasing layout for the long-term resident. We assisted by giving advice via our supply chain team & the result not only look fantastic but have most importantly provided the residents with a home in which they can be comfortable & happy. These works were carried out within a strict budget that the client had set aside for the scheme
