In the past 20 years commercial dry-lining and plastering has become increasingly technical with huge focus on fire and acoustic ratings. Suspended Ceilings

With over 60 years of combined experience in commercial interiors, RFOR Ltd offer the supply and installation of any type of suspended ceiling. Remedial

RFOR Ltd are able to provide a full building works service to our clients with a single point of contact in order to undertake any remedial works scheme. Our experienced and qualified project managers have extensive knowledge of building works, delivered via our pool of directly employed multi trade operatives, with partners in specialist areas such as scaffolding, mechanical and electrical, asbestos survey and appropriate disposal. We have long standing relationships with structural engineers, building surveyors and building control consultants, so we're able to effectively manage the best solution for our clients.

External Wall Insulation

Un-insulated solid walls will lose up 45% of the buildings heat loss. By Installing Insulation boards externally this will reduce significantly resulting in huge savings on your heating bills. Additional problems associated with solid walls such as water penetration, damp, mould and condensation are removed by Installing External wall Insulation.

Insurance Work

From fire and water damage to subsidence. RFOR Ltd are a highly regarded supplier of all types of insured property and insurance reinstatement work.

Colour Through Render

Designed specifically for brick and block walls these products are applied by either our diesel or electric machines for a quick clean application in a variety of finishes and colours. The factory bagged renders ensure consistency of mixing and application.

Traditional Lime Render

Our use of lime renders on listed and modern buildings help the structure to breathe and have produced some outstanding results.

Steel Frame Systems

Steel Frame System (SFS) has been extensively used in construction projects covering residential flats, apartments, healthcare and educational developments, commercial developments, public buildings and industrial properties.
